United Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is a full service Janitorial Service company located in Asbury Park, New Jersey.  United Cleaning Contractors was established in 1927, by its founder, Samuel Warar, a recent immigrant from Europe.  The company enjoyed substantial growth under his leadership, and also that of his son Morris Warar, who ran the company through the late 1970’s, when the current owner and grandson of the founder, Neil Warar, took over.

The company services primarily Monmouth & Ocean Counties in New Jersey.  It also operates under the trade name of Asbury Park Window Cleaning Company, a division that specializes in commercial and residential window cleaning services.

The fact that we have been in business for over 75 years – over 3 generations, says much about the reputation that we enjoy in our field.  The majority of our business is from referrals, which is another good indicator of our reputation for providing quality service at a reasonable cost.

No job is too large or too small.  Our work begins when yours ends!  We go to work for you when your business day is over.  Our supervisory staff is made up of individuals who are experienced in every facet of the janitorial and maintenance field.  They are responsible for the cleaning crews assigned to your building.  Demonstrating our commitment to customers and employees, the company has several staff members who have been with us for over 25 years.
